If anything needs further care, we point you to your NHS GP with a clear summary to take along.

A finger-prick feels like a quick pinch. Most people collect their sample in under ten minutes.
How accurate is a finger-prick test?
Samples are analysed on the same laboratory equipment used for venous samples. We only report markers validated for finger-prick collection.
What happens if something is out of range?
Your doctor explains what it means in your consultation and, where needed, recommends you see your NHS GP. We complement the NHS, we do not replace it.
Who sees my data?
Only you, the lab and your assigned doctor. Your data is protected under UK GDPR and never sold.
Who are the doctors?
UK GMC-registered doctors. Each one's GMC number links to the public register.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, any time from your portal. You can also pause or skip a box.
How long until results?
Usually 3 to 5 working days after the lab receives your sample.
What is in the drink and supplements?
Your doctor chooses a formula based on your results. Every ingredient is listed in your plan before you subscribe.
